This is a “Walk and Talk" staging consultation for sellers who enjoy doing the work themselves. During the consultation, the staging professional will walk through each room, offering suggestions on furniture arrangement, color schemes, lighting, and decor. The goal is to enhance the home's strengths while minimizing distractions, all with an emphasis on the seller's ability to implement the changes themselves. The consultation also includes practical tips for decluttering, creating inviting focal points, and ensuring the space feels open and welcoming. By the end of the session, the seller will feel confident and empowered to tackle the staging process with clear steps that maximize their home's marketability.

A customized workbook will be left with the seller as a roadmap to complete the work.

Vacant Staging

This is the perfect solution for sellers who will be living in their home while it’s on the market. Our expert staging team works with your existing furniture and decor to enhance the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that appeals to buyers. We focus on decluttering, rearranging, and adding stylish touches to highlight your home’s best features, making it feel more spacious, updated, and move-in ready.

Additionally, we offer supplementary furnishings to enhance and elevate your space, offering as little as art and accessories, to entire rooms worth of furniture- this is a truly customizable service!

The Staging Process

STEP 1 initial call / consultation

During the initial call or consultation, our team will gather vital information about your property, including its size, layout, and any specific design preferences or goals you have in mind. We'll discuss your target market, timeline, and budget constraints to ensure our staging proposal is customized to meet your unique needs and objectives. This collaborative dialogue sets the stage for a tailored staging plan that enhances the appeal and marketability of your property.

Step 2 preview + design plan

Within a week of your project, a member of our staging team will preview your property to take photos and gather insights to ensure the development of a tailored inventory plan that aligns with the aesthetic and functional requirements of your project. This preview will serve as the foundation to curate a design strategy that maximizes the potential of your space.

Step 3 staging installation

We recommend that you schedule staging installation immediately preceding your real estate photos. On staging day, our experienced team installs furniture, decor, and accessories based upon the design plan to highlight your property's best features, while maximizing space and flow. With efficiency and precision, we transform your space to captivate potential buyers in a matter of hours. Throughout the installation, we maintain open communication, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for you.

Step 4 staging removal

Once your property is under contract, our team coordinates with you to schedule a convenient time for de-staging based upon the anticipated financial commitment and close dates. With meticulous attention to detail, we efficiently pack and remove our staging items, leaving the property in the same pristine condition as when we arrived.
