Your questions answered

What are the benefits to staging?

Your home is a big investment. Why not get the best return for it? Professional home staging is a powerful marketing tool to sell your home faster and for more money.

What is 'staging to sell'

Your home has your unique stamp on it, displaying what you like and how you live. However, buyers often have trouble seeing themselves living in a home that reflects the seller. I will use proven staging techniques to turn your home into a market-ready “product” with wide-ranging appeal.

Why stage your home?

Buyers  increasingly use the Internet to narrow their home search. A professionally staged home photographs beautifully attracting buyers to your home. Professional staging sets your home apart from others in the marketplace.

When should a home be staged?

Homes get the most attention when they first come on the market, so the best time to stage is before you put up the “For Sale” sign. Let your property make a grand entrance to generate the greatest interest and sales price.

My house is already on the market.  Is it too late?

While you ideally want to stage your home before it hits the market, it’s never too late to reap the benefits of a professionally staged home.

My house has already been decorated.  Why should I stage it?

Decorating is for you. It’s a unique reflection of your taste and needs. Staging is transforming a home into a product with broad appeal.

I’d rather sell “as is.” I don’t see the benefit of spending money when I’m ready to move on.
First impressions count. A potential buyer has plenty of choices. Professional staging can create a sense of urgency and eliminates issues buyers use to get a reduced price.

My property is vacant.  Does it need to be staged?

Potential buyers frequently struggle to imagine living in a space that’s not furnished.  Often homes with plenty of room, look too small, and big homes can look hollow and uninviting.  With some well-placed furnishings and accessories, we can create an appealing space, so potential buyers can envision moving in.
